Bell Jar Gasket & Seal Materials

We provide full production capabilities from prototype and short run quantities through large production runs. Custom Gasket Mfg. offers (and inventories) all common, standard size bell jar gaskets ranging from 4″ to 18″ in diameter. The rubber molding tolerances for bell jar gaskets are complaint with rubber molding industry standard RMA A2 Precision tolerances.

Pyrex Bell Jar L-Gaskets

Pyrex Bell Jar L-Gaskets are designed to fit over the outer surface of a Pyrex chamber. Bell jar and cylinder gaskets have an “L-shape” cross-section. The bell jar sits inside the riser of the “L” and creates a vacuum-tight seal. Custom Gasket Mfg. fabricates bell jar gaskets in a wide range of materials, including (but not limited to): Nitrile (Buna-N, NBR), Silicone (VMQ), Neoprene^® (CR), Ethylene-Propylene (EPDM) and Viton^® (FKM). Custom Gasket Mfg. works directly from your blueprints in order to provide you with the most accurate product with precision tolerance. This ensures that your bell jar gasket will meet and exceed your expectations.
