Custom Rubber Stoppers
Custom Gasket Mfg. provides custom rubber stoppers for the medical, pharmaceutical, OEM, scientific, chemical, commercial and industrial markets. They are used in test tubes, lab bottles and medical laboratories and testing facilities. Traditionally, tapered rubber stoppers are the most identifiable design. We can custom manufacture your rubber stopper to any size, shape, and material. In addition to conventional one and two hole designs, we can drill any size hole into your custom stopper. Custom Gasket Mfg. provides custom stoppers in all durometers and compounds. We can produce your stoppers in a wide range of rubber materials including Neoprene®, Fluorocarbon (both Fluorel® and Viton®), Silicone, Fluorosilicone, Urethane, Nitrile, Buna-N (NBR), EPDM, SBR, and Natural (Gum) Rubber. We offer rubber stoppers in custom colors upon request. Several of our compounds can be used in FDA, dental, or pharmaceutical applications.
Custom Rubber Plugs
Custom Gasket Mfg. provides custom rubber molded plugs and dip molded vinyl plugs for a wide range of industries and applications. Custom rubber and vinyl plugs are typically used to seal components containing fluids or chemicals. Silicone rubber plugs are ideal for medical and pharmaceutical applications where sterilization is required. Plugs made of silicone can resist temperatures upwards of 600°F while still preserving its flexible qualities. EPDM rubber plugs are most often used due to their resistance to harsh chemicals and high temperatures and they can withstand temperatures up to 475°F. Rubber plugs are best suited for applications that require a heavy-duty closure to provide a tight seal. Custom Gasket Mfg. is capable of custom manufacturing rubber plug in a wide variety of rubber compounds and colors to meet your specific requirements.
Custom Solid Rubber Balls
Custom Gasket Mfg. provides solid rubber molded balls, occasionally referred to as sifter balls, for a wide range of industries and applications. We are committed to providing our customer’s with high-quality, precision molded rubber products according to blueprint and material specifications. We can produce solid rubber balls in a wide range of rubber materials including Natural (Gum) Rubber, Nitrile (Buna-N, NBR), Viton® (FKM), EPDM, Neoprene®, White FDA Neoprene®, SBR, FDA Silicone, FDA Polyurethane, and other Food Grade Approved compounds. Our commercial grade rubber balls are manufactured for a variety of industries, including OEM, industrial, laboratory, engineering, and elevator and conveying equipment. The rubber molding tolerances for rubber balls are compliant with rubber molding industry standard RMA Class 3 commercial tolerances.
Custom Rubber & Vinyl Caps
Custom Gasket Mfg. provides custom molded rubber caps and dip molded vinyl caps for a wide range of industries and applications. They are most often used in applications requiring resistance to heat and chemicals. The more flexible rubber and vinyl materials perform as noise inhibitors or insulators. Rubber and vinyl caps work well to insulate and provide a protective cushion for the product they enclose. Caps made of silicone rubber can resist temperatures upwards of 600°F. EPDM caps can withstand temperatures up to 475°F.
